TCS ( International Voice/Chat Process - Blended ) :
• Roles & Responsibilities: Solving customer problems & queries over call (Inbound).
• Designation : Process Associate (Blended)
• Shift : Rotational Shift including night shift (US Shift)
• Work experience: Candidate should have experience in Voice/Chat Process
• Experience needed : (9 months - 5 years)
• Working days : 5 days
• Week Offs : 2 days fixed off but it might be rotational or Saturday & Sunday (it is totally depending
on the process where candidate will be assigned by the MNC)

Benefit : Cab facilities will be provided for odd hours.

Qualification required

• Graduate only.

Documents Required :
1. Mark Sheet of 10th, 12th & all semesters of graduation
2. Double vaccination certificate.
3. Offer letter, Release letter & last 3 months pays of the companies’ candidate worked for.
